Chakra Healing

Chakras are centers of energy. They are spiritual 'power points' used in yoga and Eastern mysticism. They are points on the surface of the subtle body located along the central channel. There are seven main chakras. The chakras located on the lower part of the body are our instinctual side, the highest ones are our mental side. Chakras are an individual's energy centers that are associated with physical, mental, and emotional interactions. The chakras are openings in a person's aura that allows life energy to flow into and out of. The function of a chakra is to bring harmony and vitality to the mind, body, and soul. 

For a chakra assessment, I will send a chakra questionnaire with questions regarding each chakra to determine if that energy center is excess or deficient. And then we will set up an appointment, to discuss what is best suited to heal and balance the chakra. We will discuss foods, yoga asanas, meditations, mantras, stones/crystals, and other healing tools.

Price for chakra assessment is $100 for an hour.
