Nutritional Consults

Whether you are on the Standard American Diet, Vegetarian, Vegan, or Raw Vegan I can help you make changes to your diet and give supplement suggestions for what is best suited for your lifestyle, body, and goals. 

The charge for a 2 hour initial consultation is $120, where not only diet is assessed, but exercise, stress and mental health, bowel function, food allergies or sensitives. For a follow up hour consultation is $80 and for half hour follow up is $50. 

What does it mean to be a vegetarian? In a generalized sense, it means that it is someone who does not eat meat. But there are several kinds of vegetarian diets. 

Lacto-ovo vegetarians eat milk products such as milk, cheese, and yogurt and eggs, but no meat, poultry, seafood, or fish. "Lacto means milk. "Ovo means eggs. 

Lacto-vegetarians eat milk products, but not eggs, meat, poultry, seafood, or fish. 

Ovo vegetarians eat eggs, but no meat or dairy products. 

Pescatarians avoid all meat products except for fish. They also consume dairy products and eggs.

Vegans not only eliminate all animal based products but avoid dairy products as well as eggs. Many people start off with a vegetarian less restrictive diet then move up to a vegan diet.
